Rascals Hotel

Love our stay in your hotel. all staff are really helpful and professional, start from check in process, restaurant, breakfast, house keeper, gardener... i love just lounging beside your beautiful swimming pool.

Beautiful views, great staff and amazing food.

I loved everything about Rascals, it felt like a home away from home with everything you could have needed while in Kuta. You don’t even have to leave since they have a restaurant, spa, yoga shala, and surf lesson company all onsite. I look forward to the next time I get to come back!

I feel like every other hotel or resort I’ve stayed at in my life, it’s never *quite* as nice as the pictures make it look. Rascals is even better than the photos.The staff were all extremely kind and helpful. The food was excellent, I was especially impressed by the variety in the breakfast options. There was clearly a lot of care put into making the grounds look as presentable as possible. The rooms were spotless. Maybe the label “adults only” draws a very specific crowd; although there were many other guests at the time I went, it was extremely quiet outside of the restaurant/bar area. Everyone was just sitting by the pools reading or talking quietly.

None really. My only hiccup during the time I was there was renting the motor scooter- I didn’t know that the hotel isn’t in charge of topping up the fuel, so when I got it, it had an empty tank. Thankfully I was with a friend who pointed it out and showed me where to get the petrol, but just as a word of warning for anyone who gets a scooter, remember to fill it before you leave town!

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The pool areas are beautiful. Breakfast options are good. We ended up extending our stay because we liked it so much.

The only issue it was that the room service wasn’t cleaning my room in the morning till late afternoon that I had to ask them to clean it

Absolutely everything is amazing, grounds, restaurant, spa, room..Perfect in every sense. Serene atmosphere, quiet, clean, very comfortable, incredible hospitality. Sauna is gorgeous, healing, and just outstanding.

This was the perfect stay for me in Lombok. I actually stayed somewhere else that didn't have everything I need. Considering it rained so much during my stay and I didn't know how to ride a scooter, I felt like I had plenty to do to keep me occupied for 3 days. Pool, spa, food and drinks all day with free breakfast and a gorgeous room to rest and relax in. Staff was amazing!! There was an unexpected leak in my room and they took care of it right away, as well as arranged my transpo to and from the hotel. I didn't have to carry any of my own baggage ams were super attentive. Shoutout to Lasmini at the spa who was a delight. Their driver Sami was also a highlight of my trip. Makasiii ❤️

The location was excellent, the hotel design was cool, and the staff had the best attitude.

I wish the breakfast menu were more extensive and offered a wider range of choices. Had I stayed a few days longer, I would have gone crazy!

Quite well maintained and located hotel. Staff were very good and helpful. Rooms nice, Swimming pool setup great.

Water pressure in the shower was abysmal.Wifi would cut-out every couple of mins making video calls impossible - this happened across the entire site from room, to restaurant to pool.

No fridge in the room.Staff were slow to respond on WhatsApp when attempting to book tours or massages.

If you are looking for a total relaxing, in a tropical context, with all the services you want to have, you have to be in this hotel! My room was incredible, i think the bathroom is one of the oustanding point. Swimming pool is something incredible, staff always available, ready and professional. Food is another stunning point. All the other service are at the top as well!

We liked everything, we went with excitement and high expectations after reading all the reviews and looking at the pictures and it ended up being even better.Everything was extra clean, looked beautiful, breakfast and dinners were great, but special mention to all the staff who were extremely accommodating and sympathetic.

Absolutely everything. The place is so clean and taking care of, staff is wonderful, always smiling and helpful. The room is spacious, quite, the bed incredibly comfortable and big. The 3 pools and garden are beautiful and restaurant (lunch dinner and breakfast) offers many options, everything we ate was delicious.

Staff was very friendly and professional. We believe that some of the staff had some form of hospitality education. You can tell the difference to other accommodations.Comfortable room, cool design, nice pool areas, food and drinks great, breakfast options with great variety and all very good, location strategic but still quiet. All in all, a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere at great value.We absolutely recommend this place.

The outdoor bathrooms are nice, but sometimes you can have some bugs around.The tours they offer are a bit pricey for what you get (might be normal on Lombok).Rooms would be better if outfitted with a small fridge and water kettle.

All staff were so welcoming and kind. Rooms were amazing, pool was amazing, food and drinks from the bar was amazing and the free breakfast with a coffee, cold pressed juice and breakfast meal was a great start to the day. The day spa massages absolutely exceptional. We loved rascals and will definitely be back.
